A leaflet is available which provides details on our customer complaints procedure, which will be sent to you on request or if you make a complaint. Any complaints can be directed to our customer service team at the contact details above.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to refer your compliant to the Financial Ombudsman Service. It is free to do so, but you must do this within six months of the date of your final response letter. If you do not refer your complaint within six months, it is likely the Financial Ombudsman will not be able to look at your case. They may do so in certain circumstances, such as if there the delay was due to exceptional circumstances.
